Our aim is to provide a work environment where knowledge workers can accelerate the development of their ideas and bring innovation to market, at the same time provide compelling career and development proposition that will enable them to realize their dreams.About the role?We’re looking for an organised and self-motivated brand administrator who will assist the Sanlam Fintech brand and marketing teams managing the office environment, diary management for the brand and marketing management team, team events, travel, expenses, purchase orders and be the staff volunteerism and culture champion.Core Outputs/TasksDiary management for the Sanlam Fintech Brand & Marketing ManagersOrganising internal & external events and meetingsTravel arrangementsOffice managementInvoice managementManaging ad hoc exceptions, refunds etc.Finance – raising PO’s, processing invoices, keeping log of all costs and status of paymentSRS’s – logging for new or replacement equipment, software, licenses, employees etcCompiling various spreadsheets as requiredAssist with audits/follow-ups for projects & consolidate or keeping track/record of responsesEvent planning & logistics, e.g. Integrated Marketing Planning, Workshops, year end functions, big planning meetingsBrand Council admin support e.g. Minutes, agenda etcGeneral office support, i.e. stationery orders, Facilities related mattersQualificationDiploma with 2 to 3 years experience or Grade 12 with 4 to 5 years related experience.ExperienceExperience working within a brand and marketing team/ tech/ start up/ creative agency environment is advantageousResults-driven and a team playerExcellent communication skills in EnglishCapable problem solverAble to manage complex sets of parallel tasksA concern for accuracy and attention to detailProven ability to build & maintain relationshipsSelf-confident and highly motivatedKnowledge and SkillsProcessing transactions and conduct simple calculations (where applicable)Record keeping, filing and maintenance of databasesMaintain work standards and quality verificationCollating information for reportingTransfer of knowledge on leading practice and processesPersonal AttributesPlans and aligns - Contributing independentlyCommunicates effectively - Contributing independentlyInterpersonal savvy - Contributing independentlyOptimises work processes - Contributing independentlyBuild a successful career with usWe’re all about building strong, lasting relationships with our employees.
