- To deliver guided Tours and Transfers in Cape Town, Winelands, Hermanus and surrounds at an &Beyond standard
- Must be flexible and willing to help in the office or in the field when required
- Must be willing to go the extra mile for guest to ensure that they are given a unique &Beyond experience
- Must be willing to distinguish &Beyond as offering a better guided experience compared to our competitors
- Must be able to perform basics admin skills to assist in the recording of information and doing tour feedback
- Must be safety conscious, and report any safety related issues to management as soon as possible
- Assist with document deliveries when required
- Assist with having vehicles cleaned and taking vehicles for services when required.
- Make sure that guests delights are being done in the best possible way
- Be in the know of competitors and give possible ideas of how we can do better
- Attend to guest requests or complaints promptly and in an appropriate manner and advise management of any complaints as soon as complaints arises
- Maintain regular communications and good relations with the JNB Ground Handling office, informing them of any changes regarding guest activities
- Attend meetings, training sessions, educational sessions, year-end functions and team buildings
- Vehicles:
- As you will be responsible for the company vehicle you need to make sure all maintenance and safety related issues pertaining to the vehicle are reported immediately
- Report any shortages or losses to your Vehicle Viewing Aids, and make sure they are clean and to &Beyond standards
- Make sure your vehicles are always spotless and ready for guests
- Be safety conscious when driving, and drive within speed limits all the time
- Valid CATHSSETA training certificate for the Western Cape area
- Registered with the Department of Economic Development and Tourism in Cape Town
- Valid Tourist Guide Card and badge for the Western cape area
- Drivers licence with valid PDP
- Valid First Aid Certificate
