SITE AGENT / CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - EASTERN CAPE

• Ensure the scope of works is carried out in accordance with the project specifications, construction programme and budget
• Liaise with the Employer’s Agent for day to day activities (site requests and instructions)
• Plan, manage, delegate tasks and coordinate day to day activities on site
• Manage construction activities with site staff and labour
• Manage quality control on site
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the approved OH&S Plan and OH&S Act & Regulations
• Manage subcontractors and SMMES on site
• Attend all site related meetings/audits
• Compiling of monthly payment certificates for approval
• Compiling of monthly meeting and management reports
• Compiling of monthly productivity reports
• Completing daily site diary

• National Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering
• NQF 5 – Labour Intensive Construction Processes (NQF LIC 5)
• SACPCMP registration – PrCM will be highly advantageous
• 5 years experience
• Proven track record
• Valid drivers license
• No criminal record
• Experienced in civil construction – Concrete, roadworks and or pipelines
