· Managing Profitability of the Business Unit
· Liaising with upper management, to develop budgets, setting strategic goals and evaluating outcomes to monitor overall success.
· Effective stock management
· Report analysis on stock (slow movers and dead stock)
· Driving a high level of customer service
· Drive revenue and sales growth within the Business Unit through effective strategies and initiatives.
· Management & Development of staff
· Creating and implementing departmental procedures to ensure the division operates efficientlyRequirements:
· Diploma/Degree in Industrial Engineering.
· 3-5 years of Management level experience, at a Senior Level
· Computer literate (Excel, Word, Pastel, Outlook, Power Point)
· Excellent negotiation skills
· Proven leadership abilities and management of staff
· Must be self motivated and assertive, pro-active in approach
· A successful track record in sales, profit management, stock management including purchase management and strategic planning.
· Must be organised, efficient, creative and assertive with strong communication skills on all levels.
· Honest and trustworthy
· Great attention to detail
· Presentable and well spoken
· Team Player who leads by example
