Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Technical Regional Manager to join our industry-leading sales team. This senior-level position is responsible for driving revenue and profit growth in targeted accounts, with a focus on the mining industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business, financials, products/services, and market needs, along with significant sales experience and technical expertise.Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to close new opportunities in existing and major accounts.
Lead and mentor a team of District Representatives, champion corporate initiatives, and plan and lead portions of district meetings.
Build strong relationships with current and prospective customers, understanding their business needs and recommending improvement plans.
Provide technical support to customers, identifying and resolving challenges to ensure optimal performance.
Actively promote innovative technologies to foster long-term business relationships.
Partner with Corporate Account Managers to close strategic, multi-location corporate accounts.
Stabilize jeopardy business in large, strategic accounts and expand market share through strategic planning.
50% overnight travel required

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
8 years of technical sales or field sales support experience
Possess a valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (biology, chemistry, etc.)
Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience needed
