- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications
- Perform welding and fabrication tasks using various techniques (e.g. MIG, TIG, ARC)
- Prepare and set up welding equipment
- Inspect welded surfaces, structures, and components to ensure accuracy and quality
- Conduct repairs and modifications as required
- Comply with safety regulations and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project goals and deadlines
- Proven experience as a Welder
- Welding certification or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in various welding techniques (e.g. MIG, TIG, ARC)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
