In this role, you'll play a crucial role in supporting multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring their smooth progress and successful delivery.What you'll do:Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities.Develop and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and risk assessments.Manage project communications with internal and external stakeholders.Create presentations and reports to clearly communicate project information and progress.Identify and manage project risks and issues proactively.Support with procurement and logistics activities for projects.Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes.Who you are:Possess a postgraduate degree in Business Management, Project Management, or Electrical Engineering (or a relevant field).Have a strong understanding and experience with a formal project management methodology (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2).Are highly proficient in the MS Office Suite and possess a willingness to learn new software quickly.Skilled in planning and organizing tasks effectively, meeting deadlines, and managing your workload.Have experience working in a project or manufacturing environment, preferably within the electrical engineering sector.Can analyze and present information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.Enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.https://mprtc.co.za/vacancies/
