- Chartered Accountant or CIMA qualification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a management role.

- Ensure accounts balance with sub ledgers.
- Resolve anomalies and keep clearing accounts clean.
- Accurately reconcile accrual accounts.
- Follow up on outstanding receivables and payables.
- Maintain balanced intercompany accounts.
- Compare balance sheet to sub ledger reports.
- Escalate and address imbalances promptly.
- Identify and communicate balance sheet risks.
- Maintain quality reconciliations and analysis.
- Substantiate VAT and reconcile to the general ledger.
- Support income taxation computation.
- Review and sign off VAT submissions.
- Provide timely income statement analysis.
- Offer operational and commercial insights.
- Analyze specific accounts and data.
- Review debtors and creditors analysis.
- Provide transaction information on time.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
- Analyze income statements for audits.
- Assist with finalization of Annual Financial Statements.
- Act as a key support for the business.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects.
