Admin Clerk (Road Freight) - CPT, Northern SuburbsFull job descriptionWe are seeking a meticulous and experienced Office Administrator with a background in road freight logistics and Creditors Administration to join our clients team!Are you detail-oriented, with a knack for keeping operations running smoothly?Our client is at the forefront of the logistics industry, and we're looking for a dedicated individual to manage administrative tasks with finesse.If you're ready to bring your skills to a dynamic team and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.Job profile but not limited to:Assisting the Creditors Team in managing Creditors book:Processing all pod, matching pod’s to correct load on our online platformMaintaining a tracking schedule to ensure POD’s are received on a timely basis fromtransportersReceiving packages and scanning supplier invoices and podSupplier reconciliation if required by the assistant accountantRequesting pod’s by means of emails and phone callAny other request by the Accountant or Assistant accountantsMaintains historical records by filing documents.Telephone duties, this entail answering and directing calls.Any other ad hoc duties required.Requirements:MatricEnglish & Afrikaans essentialStrong administrator with 3 - 5 years experienceMeticulous attention to detailA knack for keeping operations runningGood communication skillsCustomer centric***Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted*** Report job
