Able to prepare and manage correspondence, client reports and documents. Updating of clients in accordance with the SLA. Must be organised and able to take initiative – work independently. Proficiency in Diary Management. Must be able to follow-up with agents, sheriffs, staff, and Clients. Right of appearance in the High Court will be an added advantage. Strong drafting skills of Section 129 and 345 Notices, Combined Summonses, Application for Default Judgments, Summary Judgments, Liquidations, Sequestrations and Writs of Execution. Ability to litigate out of the High Court and the Magistrate’s Court. Be knowledgeable with the drafting to comply with the NCA and understand its application.QualificationsLegal Degree.
