Reman and Pex Controller - BoksburgFull job descriptionKey OutputsDispatch and supply PEX and BR components to customers in a safe condition and complete all required paperwork and photos.Ensure that no damaged or incorrect components are dispatched, quality products only.Inventory control including cycle and stock counts on a regular basis.Drive the return of the used exchange components back to the BRC with in the agreed target time (current 21 days)Resolve all administrative issues and find long term solutions to system issues with the BR Manager and support functions.Ensure there are no unnecessary transport costs incurred.Exercise judgment on escalation decisions.Ensures a no-fault audit report for his area of responsibility.Ensure good corporate governance compliance.Build customer relationships in Barloworld Equipment.Perform formal inspection according to inspection criteria to determine credit value to customer.Qualification, Experience and CompetenciesGrade 12 and tertiary qualification will be an advantage.Strong communication skills on all levelsVery strong SAP processes knowledge – Parts and Service will be an added advantage (MM, CRM and EWM knowledge)Exposure to a remanufacturing environment will be an added advantage.Problem SolvingSound computer system knowledge.3 years’ experience in a Reman or parts operation is a prerequisite.Attention to detail.Computer Literacy.Planning and Organizing Teamwork.Process driven individual
