- Digital Management
- Efficiently manage client relationships and projects, advising on SEO, user interaction, and audience segmentation.
- Scope, plan, and oversee digital campaigns, including social media, direct marketing, and online advertising.
- Build and maintain client relationships, acting as the primary digital contact.
- Prioritise client needs, oversee campaign planning and execution, and optimise website content for SEO.
- Provide comprehensive reporting on web and digital performance metrics.
- Mentor team members, coordinate workflows, and contribute to recruitment efforts.
- Collaborate with the Technical/Development Head on complex digital projects and agency management.
- Actively participate in digital problem-solving and conflict resolution within the team.
- Manage development projects, including wireframing, code management, and third-party integrations.
- Oversee project milestones, client feedback, and billing.
- Digital Campaign Management
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, focusing on lead generation and innovation.
- Manage campaign setup, tracking, and measurement, including gamification and budget management.
- Coordinate internal and external resources, proofread copy, and provide creative input.
- Deliver regular campaign reports, analyse ROI, and ensure data compliance.
- Use data to inform new campaigns and stay updated on digital marketing trends.
- Google Advertising Campaign Management:
- Advise clients on digital advertising strategies, including Google Search, Display, YouTube, and social media campaigns.
- Implement keyword planners and conversion trackers to optimise campaign performance.
- Financial Administration:
- Manage client accounts, contracts, and monthly billing, including ad hoc jobs and third-party contracts.
- Monitor digital rates, hours, and costs to drive profitability and maintain accurate financial records.
- New Business:
- Participate in lead generation, qualification, and client onboarding.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and scopes for digital projects and retainers.
- At least 5 years of agency experience in a client service position
- Agency experience (a must)
- Tertiary qualification
- Strong digital account management experience
- Understanding/knowledge of Magnetic and Everlytic (a plus)
- Strategic thinker
- Experience in managing high profile clients and/or large projects (a plus)
- Great communication skills
