This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting comprehensive technological solutions. As a Solutions Architect, you will spend 80% of your time in client-facing activities, from needs analysis to solution presentation, and 20% of your time assisting with the build work, translating client needs into actionable technical requirements.Responsibilities:
  • Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and present end-to-end solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with our development team to ensure solutions are feasible and align with client expectations.
  • Participate in solution design and proposal presentations, effectively communicating the value and impact of proposed technologies.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring continuous communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in AI, blockchain, and automation technologies, applying this knowledge to create innovative solutions.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally within BDM, SaaS sales, or IT sectors.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, presenting solutions, and securing buy-in.
  • Basic coding knowledge to understand developer capabilities and assist with build work.
  • Strong background in account management, with the ability to transition into managing client relationships post-engagement.
  • A keen interest in and understanding of AI, blockchain, and automation technologies.
  • Excellent listening skills, personable, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn, with a strong commitment to personal and professional growth.
