RPO Recruitment is seeking a talented Product Development Engineer to join our team. As a Product Development Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving products for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to the market.Responsibilities:

Design and develop new products, ensuring they meet functional requirements and manufacturing feasibility
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and industrial engineers, to execute product development projects
Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and analysis to identify new product opportunities
Create and maintain detailed engineering documentation, including product specifications, design drawings, and test plans
Perform testing and validation of prototypes and final products
Work closely with manufacturing and quality teams to ensure smooth production and adherence to quality standards
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in product development

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and material properties
Experience with project management
Knowledge of regulatory and safety standards
