- Processing of all purchase orders for new and repairs items from receipt to delivery
- Be able to do imports and exports
- Full stock control
- Follow ups for all outstanding orders / PODs
- Other ad hoc administrative tasks as required
- To ensure that all processes and procedures in terms of key tasks and responsibilities are carried out efficiently.
- Maintaining a system for organizing company documents and day to day admin/documents.
- 3 to 5 years' experience in an administration position.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Pastel for invoicing purposes.
- Intermediate Excel Skills.
- Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
- A can-do attitude.
- An ability to work to deadlines.
- To be honest, discreet, and trustworthy.
- A professional manner and a strong ethical code.
- Ability to multitask and remain self-motivated and positive.
- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
