Supervise and lead the workshop team to ensure efficient and high-quality service
Manage workshop operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow
Ensure compliance with Mercedes-Benz standards and procedures
Provide technical guidance and support to technicians
Maintain a safe and organized working environmentJob Requirements
Minimum of Mercedes-Benz Certified Maintenance Training – willing to grow to Systems
At least 3 years of experience in a Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicles dealership
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent technical knowledge of Mercedes-Benz vehicles
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Must be willing to relocate with family to BotswanaPackage
Basic salary of 25,000 BWP per month (approximately R34,263.00)
Housing allowance of 7,500-8,000 Pula per month (approximately R10,000.00)
Incentive based on workshop hours sold
Cell phone allowance
Company car and fuel allowance
Gratuity of 25% of annual salary paid out after 2 years, of which only 50% is taxable at 25%
Schooling for 2 children (primary and secondary), with options available for more children
Company will cover relocation expenses for the candidate and their familyYou will need the following documents when applying
