- Prepare food and provide prompt, courteous and accurate service to all the customers as per the set standards.
- Produce all necessary food for all food service operations as required and as instructed by the senior Chef.
- Maintaining quality and quantity control in all aspects, from portion control to freshness of the product presented.
- Plating and presenting meal items as per the seniors' instructions as well as judging the quality of raw material & providing quality finished products.
- Previous experience working as a Commis Chef or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of basic food preparation and culinary techniques.
- Ability to work well in a team - Strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Food hygiene certification is desirable but not essential.
