English is the working language.ActivitésTo structure, negotiate and draft or review commercial contracts of a significant value for new or existing business, industry or joint venture matters within the ambit of the law, policies and procedures and management approvals.To provide legal advice on how to structure commercial transactions.To provide legal advice on issues concerning the operations, finance, strategy or reputation of the company.To provide legal support to business projects.To ensure compliance with legal policies and procedures.To ensure that the company’s best interests are protected in litigation matters.To manage litigation and commercial legal matters dealt with by external attorneys in South Africa and NBE countries. HSEQTo ensure high quality output and compliance at all times with HSE laws.To reduce legal spend by doing as much of the legal work in-house.
