- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a supply chain management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- Experience with procurement, inventory management, transportation, and distribution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Implementing strategic plans for the supply chain, including procurement, inventory, transportation, and distribution.
- Manage the procurement of all food and non-food items, including negotiating contracts with suppliers and ensuring that all products meet the companies high-quality standards.
- Oversee the inventory management system and ensure that all restaurants have the supplies they need to operate efficiently and effectively
- Manage the transportation and distribution of all food and non-food items to the restaurants.
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure that all supply chain processes are aligned with the company's overall business goals.
- Monitor the performance of the supply chain and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement new supply chain technologies and processes.
- Develop and support local market supply chain teams
