Job Summary The WMS Implementation Technical Specialist is responsible for the successful implementation and configuration of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) across the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of WMS, supply chain processes, and the ability to translate business requirements into system functionality. - Implementation and Configuration: Implement and configure WMS solutions based on business requirements. This includes system setup, testing, and go-live support. - Technical Support: Provide technical support for WMS including troubleshooting and problem resolution. - Training: Train end-users on the use of the WMS, ensuring they understand system functionality and capabilities. - Documentation: Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference and training purposes. - Project Management: For WMS change requests, manage timelines, resources, and risks to ensure successful WMS changes and implemented successfully and on time. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - Certificate or Diploma from a WMS system provider or implementation partner showing training or competence with installing WMS solutions. Essential: - Experience in WMS implementation and support. - Understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes. - 7 years experience in logistics. Desirable: - End user support experience. - KNAPP Kisoft Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) operational experience.
