As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in championing agile practices and facilitating the delivery of high-quality software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, foster collaboration, and remove impediments to ensure project success. From sprint planning to retrospectives, you will be instrumental in guiding teams towards achieving their goals.Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a servant-leader for one or more agile teams, fostering a culture of transparency, empowerment, and accountability
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Coach and mentor team members on agile principles, practices, and methodologies
  • Remove impediments and ensure the team has everything they need to deliver value iteratively and incrementally
  • Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and other teams to prioritize and refine the product backlog
  • Track and communicate team progress, metrics, and impediments to stakeholders
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification preferred
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or agile coach in a software development environment
  • Deep understanding of agile principles and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and leadership
  • Experience working in a fintech or e-commerce environment is a plus
