- Analyse and report on new business areas and opportunities. eg: Municipalities, mining industry, sugar and paper industry, water utility companies
- Setup sales and technical meetings with prospective customers
- Follow up on quotes and proposals to ensure customer acceptance
- Liaise with customers and keep abreast of all current and future prospects
- Technical support of existing customers
- Conduct training on vacuum circuit breakers
- Complaints handling and non-conformities on vacuum circuit breakers
- Programming of vacuum circuit breaker control modules
- Commissioning of vacuum circuit breakers when required
