Bookkeeper / Office Administrator Milnerton Cape TownOur Office Automation client in Milnerton Cape Town is looking for a Bookkeeper / Office Administrator All-rounder with 3-4 years plus experience. You need experience in Bookkeeping (Processing & Invoicing on QuickBooks), Debtors, creditors, Quotes, Pricing, Stock, supplier contracts, and other admin record-keeping duties. Can also be a Financial Administrator.Salary Negotiable to experienceMin RequirementsMatricA bookkeeping Certificate an extra bonus3- 4 years of Financial Administrator / Bookkeeping, and general office admin experienceExperience in general office administration and co-ordinatingExperience in assisting with a small payroll of 25 staff (most permanent)QuickBooks and Excel experience essentialSARS efling experience with returns and some submissions EMP’s, PAYE, and VATVAT calculation and submission experienceExperience with imports is an added bonusBasic PA related experience an added bonusJob DutiesBookkeeping / Processing of Invoices – QuickBooksFinancial & Office AdministrationCapturing invoices(customers and suppliers)Full Debtors and Creditors controlBank reconciliations & Petty Cash & DailyLiaise with suppliers and customersAssist with General Office Admin like filing, recordkeepingAssist with Supplier Onboarding paperwork and authorisationsLoading of Supplier invoices for payment releaseAssist with Inventory / Stock ControlAssist with Sales reports and AdministrationAssist with ordering stock local and internationalAssist with product importsUpdate / Recordkeeping of Safety files during projects (health & Safety)Assist with adhoc office dutiesApply onlineFrogg Recruitment
