Mine Overseer (Shaft) - RustenburgJob Summary- Grade 12. - Mine Overseer Certificate or Mine Managers Certificate - Blasting Certificate - Minimum of 10 years` experience in Shaft logistics and operations of which 5 years must be in a Shift Supervisor / Shaft Foreman position in the mining industry. - Proven experience in managing the logistics and associated responsibilities for shafts will be advantageous. - Previous Mine Overseer experience in sinking environment will be advantageous. - Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English - Sound planning, leading and organisational abilities - Computer Literacy and Microsoft Office Suite - Good interpersonal management skills - Knowledge and understanding of the disciplinary procedures. - Sound Decision Making Skills - Valid Driver's License.
