Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Dispatch Manager to join our client's team. As a Dispatch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and timely dispatch of goods to customers. You will work closely with internal teams, drivers, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:

Plan and schedule the dispatch of goods to customers
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all dispatch documentation
Monitor the progress of deliveries and address any issues or delays
Manage and optimize the use of vehicles and drivers
Liaise with suppliers and other stakeholders to coordinate deliveries
Implement and maintain a system for tracking and reporting on dispatch activities
Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Supervise and train dispatch staff
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and implement necessary changes

Requirements

4 years experience as a Dispatch Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of dispatch procedures and logistics operations
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office and dispatch management software
Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is preferred
Valid SA driver's license and own reliable transport

Benefits

Salary: R350K/yr - R300K/yr, negotiable
