HR ADMINISTRATOR We are looking for an individual with an HR background of at least 3 years. Experience as an HR in a call centre will be an advantage.Skills Required:Preparing and posting job advertisements, screening applications, arranging interviews, participating in selection process, and administering pre-employment tests as required. Able to conduct Bulk interviews and fill the vacancies within a certain timeframe. Preparing source documentation needed for new hires, or effective changes in salary & status. Maintaining employee file records up to date by handling changes in employee status in timely manner. Knowledge of Poor work Performance procedure and the disciplinary procedures. Familiarity with CCMA and can prepare case files. Able to assist with payroll data and submit correct information. Highly confidential and emotionally mature individual. Implementation of policies of the company. Able to prepare data for EE and WSP and submit reports to the SDF officer. Familiar with Biometric systems. Can Resolve conflicts in the workplace.
