We are growing quickly, and are looking to continue that growth and expand our existing team.Our business focuses on the valuations of property (both residential and commercial), businesses along with plant and equipment. We offer a premium service that is recognised across Australia to be the best in class of valuations.Why would you want to work for us?We have a 1 call closing environment with a high fee per close, you will work with warm leads and it is a fully remote role.There will be the usual training and support to learn about valuations, costs and the basics of our product offering in order to be able to support our sales team effectively, and we will give you the training to be the best you can be.The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to motivate and develop team members. If you are passionate about driving success, fostering collaboration, and achieving excellence in sales, we encourage you to apply with your CV.Please apply ONLY if you are willing to work Australian hours which is 12h00 am - 9h00 am SASTKey Responsibilities:Administrative Support:Assist in creating sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.Maintain accurate records of sales activities.Manage correspondence and communications effectivelySales Coordination:Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls and emails.Resolve complaints and disputes promptly.Provide sales training and adhere to scripts.Customer Service:Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.Proactively address customer concerns and issues.Build and maintain strong client relationships.Order Processing:Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.Coordinate with internal departments for order fulfillment.Track order status and communicate updates to customers.Qualifications and Experience:Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administration.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.Positive attitude, proactive approach, and adaptability.Job Type: Full-time
