- At least 1 year of experience in inbound Customer Service, preferably in a BPO or contact center environment handling phone calls.
- Competent in using computers for various tasks.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts within a 24-hour Monday to Sunday timeframe, including early, late, overnight, weekends, and overtime as required.
- Must have a dedicated, quiet workspace equipped with a desk and chair, free from distractions.
