Senior Consultant Needed for Kitchen Design Company based in JHBSenior Deal CloserAn established Kitchen Design Company is looking for a Senior Consultant and Deal Closer to join their Team. The Company specialises in high-end Kitchen design and installations nationwide.Suitable Candidates would preferably come for the Design Industry such as an experienced and qualified Interior Designer and/or Architect.Requirements:

Candidates must understand and have knowledge of Interior Design and Architecture
Be experienced with designing
Ability to read and understand drawings
Experienced with client presentations
Top sales and deal closing skills with clients
Possible leads or contacts with Property Developers
Strong and confident communication skills
Own and reliable vehicle
Valid driver's license
Neat, well presented and client facing
Strong negotiation skills

The Candidate will be responsible:

To negotiate and close deals with various domestic and commercial clients
Use a variety of sales tactics such as deadlines, pressure and price negotiation to seal the deal
Identify the issues that are preventing the sale, using proven techniques to influence the customer decision and negotiating a final agreement.
Liaise and network with Decorators, Designers, Architects, Property Developers and Building Teams
Business Development and to grow the Company further and create new and further networks with developers
