Job Summary Job opportunity - Human Resource Administrator About us A medium sized Company based in Linbro Business Park, requires the service of a part time HR Administrator with at least 5 years' experience in a similar role. Key functions of this position • Employment, discipline and termination of staff • Representing the company at internal disciplinary procedures as well as CCMA level hearings • Drafting internal agreements, notices and disciplinary actions • Capturing and keeping up to date the employee list • Issuing warnings and other HR related documentation to employees • Investigation of internal misconduct • Ensuring expense targets are met for skills development and BEE submissions • Loading weekly and monthly salaries for payment • Capturing attendance records Requirements • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role • Own reliable transport is a must • Own reliable cell phone with whatsapp • Speak and understand English fluently • Good command of the English language • Must be computer literate and have a good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook Additional information • Job type - Half day - Monday to Friday 08h00 - 13h00 • Must be available in the afternoons when necessary • The candidate needs to be flexible with working hours • Remuneration R12 000.00 per month • Must be able to start end of April 2024 • Please send CV's to If you have had no correspondence within 2 weeks, please consider your application as unsu
