Our client is looking for a HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team, who will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving employee engagement, talent management, and organizational effectiveness to support the company's growth and success.Responsibilities:Partner with business leaders to understand organizational objectives and develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations issues.Lead talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment, selection, and onboarding to ensure the organization has the right talent in place.Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, feedback sessions, and development planningIdentify training and development needs, design and deliver training programs, and promote a culture of continuous learning and development.Lead change management initiatives, including organizational restructuring, process improvements, and culture transformation, to support business growth and evolution.Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance HR effectiveness.Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, conducting audits and investigations as needed, and recommending corrective actions.Drive employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, focus groups, and action planning, to create a positive and inclusive work environment.Key Skills:Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and resolve conflicts effectively.Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into actionable HR plans and initiatives.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement solutions.Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams.Proven experience leading change management initiatives and facilitating organizational change.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within established timelines and budgets.Familiarity with HRIS systems and other HR technology tools for data management and analysis.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) is highly desirable.Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a business partner or strategic HR role.In-depth knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures, as well as employment laws and regulations.Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on driving organizational growth and transformation.Proven track record of building effective relationships with stakeholders and driving HR initiatives that deliver business results.
