Implement best practices for herd management, including feeding, breeding, and healthcare protocols. Monitor herd behavior and promptly address any signs of distress or illness.Milk Production Optimization: Utilize your expertise to maximize milk production while maintaining quality standards. Implement strategies to improve milking efficiency and minimize waste. Monitor milk output and identify areas for improvement.Farm Maintenance and Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance of farm buildings, equipment, and infrastructure. Schedule routine inspections and repairs to ensure the safety and functionality of all farm facilities. Coordinate with external contractors as needed.Compliance and Record-Keeping: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards pertaining to dairy farming, animal welfare, and food safety.
