- Create stock manually for outside organisations not using an ERP system that creates useable files.
- Confirm Stock in port.
- Follow-up, confirm and correct discrepancies.
- Communicate with packhouses and Cold Store in relation to stock issues.
- Rebuild and breakdowns of pallets in the ERP system.
- Recon between farm pallets and exporter pallets.
- Confirm sales orders against Mates (MT files).
- Data integrity checks. Correct erroneous data.
- Manage the final allocation of pallets packed for outside organisations.
- Recon PPECB invoiced pallets against exported pallets.
- Trace pallets for packhouse audits
- Allocate local and juice orders.
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration or related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years' experience in the fruit industry in stock or logistics.
- Working experience on an ERP system.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel).
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
