Develop, design, and publish engaging content that builds meaningfulcustomer connections, increased brand awareness, and encouragesengagement.Must have a good knowledge of digital and print artwork.Develop and execute the company's marketing plan, including productpromotion and lead generation.Conduct thorough market research to inform strategic decisions andprovide timely updates to the company.Lead conversion rate optimization efforts to maximize marketingeffectiveness.Track and analyse metrics across various channels to derive actionableinsights and refine strategies.Implement and oversee paid media strategies for maximum impact.Conduct competitor research, platform analysis, and audiencesegmentation to stay ahead of the curve.Manage and update the company website and e-commerce platform.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.Degree or certificate in UX and UI design.Proven experience in marketing roles.Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM,PPC, and social media marketing.Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot,and SEMrush.Creative thinker with a strong background in content creation and writing.Sound knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers,suppliers, and team members.
