- Lead and manage multiple and challenging transfer pricing engagements and to deliver quality services for our local and multinational clients.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional services.
- Collaborate with other departments and international offices to deliver a holistic approach to client needs.
- Advise clients on transfer pricing strategies and issues including documentation, planning, and controversy.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop junior staff in the transfer pricing practice.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in transfer pricing or a closely related field within professional services.
- A law degree (LLB) or a Higher Diploma in Taxation (H.Dip Tax) is required.
- Strong technical skills and keen analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of project management and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are beneficial.
- Experience in a multinational tax environment or consulting firm.
- Advanced degrees or professional certifications in law, tax, economics, or accounting.
