- Knowledge of approved Ford repair standards
- Driver's license
- Ownership - required to hold themselves accountable and have good workmanship & Integrity

- Good time keeping - always on time in station before start-up

- Perform standardized repair of vehicles online and offline & improve FTT in your area of responsibility (autotronics) - carry out repairs on defects identified and positively buy them off on the QLS. Follow standardized repair methods- company approved repair
- Required to ensure that no defects leave his repair area to the next as well as to escalate to the area Team Leader & Process coach all recurring defects sent to his area from base department
- Understand the PTS
- Understand and interpret fault code
- Repair defects before they leave your zone
- Capture on QLS all repair bound visible defects and parts shortages not on campaign
- Maintain FTT above 95%
- Communicate & escalate all recurring defects from stations in your zone.
- Maintain the toolbox & tools in good condition
- Maintain the QLS, Inspection gauges & any inspection/repair electronic device in good condition
- Account for poor repairs from your zone
- Maintain Safety measures of tool related concerns
- Maintain the Inspection/Repair station in a good 5S standard
- Always maintain good PPE practices
- Ensure good end of shift reporting out & proper shift handover
