- Process payroll on a regular basis for employees accurately and in a timely manner.
- Validate and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations and laws.
- Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and management.
- Assist with payroll tax filing and reporting.
- Maintain and update payroll records.
- Generate payroll reports as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and laws.
- Proven experience as a payroll administrator or similar role.
- Solid understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
- Proficiency in using payroll software.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience with ADP or other payroll systems is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Additional education or certification in payroll administration is a plus.
