Telesales Agent

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
• Answer questions about products or the company.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and answering client enquires.
• Enter and update customer information in the database.
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

• Must have completed Matric.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Experience as a Telesales Representative within the Telecommunication/Office Automation Space.
• Familiar with CRM and Microsoft Office programs.
• Good customer service and excellent communication skills.
• Good negotiation Skills.

• R15 000 – R20 000 per month.
