Cashbook Clerk - KZNFull job descriptionThe primary focus of this position is full responsibility for cashbook function including preparation and distribution of the daily cash report and cash variances. The preparation and distribution of the weekly cash flow forecast.Documenting financial transaction details and monitoring the transactionsPreparing and filing financial documentsProcessing accounts payable and accounts receivableFact-checking accounting dataReconciling company accountsWorking with staff accountants as neededQualifications and ExperienceAt least 2-3 years previous experience a distinct advantage in similar role.Computer literate, especially strong MS Excel skills (a must).Experience in Sage 300.
