Pinetown - KwaZulu Natal - South AfricaOur client, one of South Africa's favourites, is looking for a SAP Authorisations Support to join their dynamic team for a Contract. The purpose of this role is to provide first line SAP authorisations support across the group.REQUIREMENTSA tertiary qualification within the finance or IT spaceSAP - at least 3 years SAP ABAP authorisations experience is essentialUnderstanding of SAP objects and values in roles is criticalKnowledge of the different authorisation strategies is essentialSAP courses on authorisations is essentialUnderstanding the SAP 3 tier landscape is essentialSAP knowledge and experience in other SAP applications/modules preferable e.g., BI/BW, Fiori, SolmanSAP GRC experience advantageousComputer literacy MS OfficeGeneral business process knowledge advantageous and knowledge of finance is preferableThe ideal applicant will satisfy the following skills requirements:A high degree of confidentiality, emotional maturity, ethical values and integrityMust have a high stress tolerance and the ability to work efficiently under pressureStrong verbal and written communication with the ability to communicate with all levels of authoritySound technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot/ problem solvePrecise planning and excellent organisational/administration skillsExceptional accuracy and strong attention to detailQuality orientated and self-driven to achieve resultsEnthusiastic and willing to learnKEY PERFORMANCE AREASResolution of SAP authorisation support calls within agreed SLAsAdministration of authorisation calls on CRMActioning SAP Share Point Access requests and calls logged on CRM i.e. creating new users, assigning access, unlocking users, etc.Responsibility for role testing in the QA system i.e. drafting test scripts for UAT, creating new tester profiles, assigning accessTrouble shooting SAP authorisation errorsRunning SAP access and GRC reports as requiredRaising requests for changes on SAP Solution ManagerAny other ad hoc duties as required by managementApply for this Job
