Job Summary Duties & Responsibilities • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls • Make sure the reception area is neat and organized with all necessary stationery and materials, such as pens and forms. • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email • Receive, sort, and distribute daily parcel deliveries • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing & photocopying Desired Experience & Qualification Required Qualification: • Matric (Senior Certificate) • Proficient in Microsoft Office Advantageous Skills: • Valid driver's License • Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans) • Work experience as a receptionist or similar role • Ability to communicate effectively with customers & suppliers (Telephonically & Electronically) • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise • Excellent organizational skills • Good time management skills • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
