Funeral - On the Road Assessor

- Validate funeral claims on a daily basis with strict targets in a high-pressure environment as targets are driven by SLA with retainer clients which XTND can’t breach.
- Will be required to travel on a weekly basis to different provinces in the country and only be home over weekends.
- Have at least 2 years’ experience in the funeral and claims industry.Â
- Have insurance claims and funeral insurance experience.Â
- Must also have experience in questioning techniques, interviewing skills, report writing skills a good understanding of fraud and fraud investigations.Â
- Must speak multiple African languages.
- Have a valid driver license and own a roadworthy vehicle not older than 5 years.
- Candidate must have Matric, pass the Layer Voice Analysis, have no previous criminal charges or convictions.

- Location: Employee to work remotely from home, provided clear connection electricity with the possibility of having to work at an EOH office from time to time. Employees will travel to all provinces in the country.
