- Matric with 5+years of working experience in Operations and Management
- Related Degree/Diploma
- Computer Literacy - MSWord, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

- Be a good communicator in both English and Afrikaans
- Working experience in all facets of transportation systems
- Mainframe computer software knowledge - related to record keeping.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals, inter-company memos/outside correspondence
- Having 2-3 years of accounting, planning analytical, and/or reporting experience, in positions with increasing responsibility is preferred
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures
- Understand financial statements and resulting cost implications
- Have strong analytical and communication skills with proven ability to work within the framework of the team
- Knowledge of logistics systems
- Understand dispatch issues and procedures
- An analytical mind and good numeracy skills

- Preparing annual budgets and reports concerning the operation costs and present to the Management Board
- Interacts with approved and authorised subcontractors and reports subcontracted work and costs for reconciliation and regular reviews by Operational Director
- Oversees that supervisors carry out their set duties and that all controlled documentation is effectively completed and stored
- Oversee and manage all general operational and logistic administration

- Promotes effective communication by holding regular meetings with the team and supervisors in accordance to the QMS.
- Identifies areas of risk or improvement and proactively discusses such with executive-level
- Effective support to Fleet Management
- Regularly attend client/customer briefings and meetings that relate to the operational areas or needs of clients and ensure these are effectively minuted and filed Conduct regular visits to customers/clients to assess service delivery satisfaction - contract clients
- Regularly carry out on-site inspections at the client and record any non-conformities as per the Quality Management System.
