- Manage the finance division, ensuring effective financial operations and implementing tactical initiatives to support strategic decisions
- Apply sound financial and risk management skills to maintain high-quality financial disciplines, controls and compliance throughout the organisation, mitigating financial and other risks
- Provide comprehensive financial analysis and insights to management, contributing to strategic and tactical processes, including financial modelling for new business development
- Continuously identify and implement improvements in financial processes and reporting, overseeing systems, policies and procedures to ensure efficient financial management of the group
- Manage tax compliance obligations, including tax calculations/returns and resolving tax queries, while overseeing customs and vendor processesRequirements:
- CA(SA) with at least 5 years Post articles experience
- Proven track record in team management
- Expertise encompassing financial planning, budgeting, analysis, and comprehensive financial management across all domains
