1. Bidding and Proposal Administration:
- Lead the preparation and submission of bids, proposals, RFPs, and RFQs.

- Develop and maintain a repository of supporting documents, such as case studies, project references, and company qualifications.
- Customize supporting documents to align with specific bid requirements.
- Organize and maintain bid documentation, ensuring version control and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for bid packages.
- Interact with clients during the bidding process to clarify requirements and address inquiries.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance future business opportunities.
