- Possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within financial services or infrastructure development.
- Exhibit exceptional attention to detail alongside strong administrative capabilities.
- Demonstrate professionalism and the ability to excel within collaborative environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with particular expertise in Excel.
- Familiarity with MS Project is advantageous.
- Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to structure and transform data into comprehensive management reports.
- Experience in maintaining project registers, encompassing claims, correspondence, and payments.
- Capable of generating standard project documentation and facilitating effective communication.
- Display adaptability and quick learning abilities to navigate various industries and project types.
