MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:To ensure that factory manpower, machinery and resources are efficiently managed and controlled to achieve targeted production levels. 70% of the work will be Technical and the Person will have to be on standy, there they are offering a Compny Bakkie as well.Key performance areas include manpower and production management, kiln operation and maintenance, availability of materials, quality control, safety and housekeeping.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Production Management Diploma.
