Efficiently handle the processing and invoicing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Conduct thorough reconciliations of creditor accounts, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Utilize online banking platforms to securely process and schedule payments.
Perform comprehensive bank processing activities and diligently reconcile accounts.
Ensure compliance with Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC) reporting requirements.
Manage petty cash operations, maintaining meticulous records and conducting regular reconciliations.
Tackle various ad hoc tasks with adaptability and precision.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Completed Matric
Completed Diploma in Finance or related qualification
Minimum of 4 to 5 years experience in a similar position
