Sales Rep Position HygieneLocation: Table ViewSalary: Basic salary between R15 000 and R20 000 pm depending on experience. Competitive commission structure.My client is looking for an experienced sales consultant, with a passion for sales as well as proven experience in the Pest Control and Hygiene IndustryKey Measures:Close and formalize deals between our business and customers in line with our policies and procedures.Uses sales tools in line with the agreed sales process to maintain and develop a sales pipeline and build up a customer information database.Increase conversion of sales against marketing driven campaigns and provide feedback on results.Demonstrate ethical sales behaviour at all times, respecting the diversity of all colleagues/customers.Achieve predetermined sales targets.Complete, update and maintain all required sales administration and reporting systems.Locate potential business through research, prospecting, tele-canvassing and cold calling.Attend to phone enquiries and leads from colleagues.Conduct sales calls and presentations to new or existing customers.Undertake needs analysis by conducting thorough survey of client premises.Complete site risk assessments for every client proposal.Report all findings back to the client by presenting a proposal, which includes a pricing structure, that describes the benefits of using our services.Approach and communicate to each of the client portfolios for annual price adjustments.Increase the client portfolio by identifying cross and up selling opportunities.Skills And KnowledgeExcellent communication skillsAbility to identify and qualify customers.Ability to develop strong and mutually beneficial customer relationships.Determination and motivation to achieve new business targets.Strong organisation skills to manage a sales territory effectively.IT Literate.Ability to perform well under pressure.Ability to establish first contact with potential customers.Good planning skills.Numerical and literacy skills.Good administrative skills.Problem solving skills/solution driven.High energy, self-motivated and disciplined.Qualifications And/or ExperienceMatric,Drivers License essential.Previous sales experience required experience in pest control and hygiene environments will be beneficial.Application Process:
