- A couple where 1 person has guiding experience would be preferred
- Must have at least 4 years of experience in an assistant lodge management position
- Must be very strong in administration
- Have experience in managing a team
- Must have strong managerial capabilities
- Positive attitude and approach toward teamwork
- Hands-on approach toward guest experience
- Ability to take initiative and problem-solving
- Have a strong eye for detail with regard to all lodge rooms, service & food
- Must have strong leadership and communication skills – verbal and written
